All transactions on Invexo are conducted via USDT (TRC20 network). Cryptocurrency transactions:

• Are irreversible — funds sent to the wrong address cannot be recovered.
• Are unregulated — not insured or backed by any government authority.
• Are technical — using the wrong network (e.g., ERC20) causes permanent loss.
• Are volatile — network fees and conditions can change.

By registering on Invexo, you confirm that:

Invexo offers a referral commission system where users receive $5.50 (10% of $55) for each referral once the referred user activates a plan.

• Commission is only awarded after the referred user's payment is verified and approved by the admin.
• Referral commissions may be modified or discontinued at any time.
• Fraudulent referrals (self-referrals, fake accounts) will result in account suspension.
• Invexo does not guarantee the indefinite availability of the referral program.
• VIP rank rewards depend on admin verification and discretion.

Withdrawals are manually processed by the admin team. By submitting a request, you confirm:

• The minimum withdrawal for E-Wallet is $12 and for S-Wallet is $8.
• Processing time is typically 24–48 hours but may take longer.
• Withdrawals may be delayed during high traffic or system maintenance.
• Invexo may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal.
• Suspicious withdrawal activity may lead to a temporary account freeze.
• Rejected withdrawals will be returned to your platform wallet balance.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Invexo, its founders, administrators, and affiliates will not be liable for:

• Any loss of investment capital, profits, or earnings.
• Losses resulting from market volatility or cryptocurrency price changes.
• Technical failures, server downtime, or platform inaccessibility.
• Losses caused by user error (wrong wallet address, wrong network).
